Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create an account?
From the login page, click "Don't have an account? Sign up". Fill in your full name, choose your role, and create a strong passphrase (10+ characters with at least one letter and one number, no spaces). Each passphrase must be uniqueβif the one you pick is already in use, choose a different combination.
How do I upload a test?
As a teacher, go to your dashboard and find the "Upload New Test" section. You can download our CSV template with sample questions to get started quickly, then customize it with your own content. Choose your CSV file, optionally add a title, and click "Upload Test".
Why can't my student see the test I uploaded?
There are three possible reasons:
- The test needs to be activated (toggle the status in "Manage Tests")
- The test needs to be assigned to the specific student
- The student needs to be approved to join your class
How do students join my class?
Students enter your teacher invite code in the "Join Teacher's Class" section. You'll see their request in "Pending Requests" and can approve or deny access. Invite codes are visible in your dashboardβkeep your personal passphrase private.
Can students retake tests?
Currently, students can only take each assigned test once. Once completed, they can view their score but cannot retake the test.
How is test randomization handled?
The system automatically randomizes the order of questions for each student when they take a test. This happens behind the scenes - no setup required. All students get the same questions, just in different orders.
I forgot my passphrase. How do I recover it?
Passphrases are stored securely and cannot be retrieved. Ask your teacher or an administrator to reset your passphrase from the Admin dashboard. They can issue a temporary passphrase that you should change after logging in.
My passphrase is already taken. What should I do?
Passphrases must be unique across the system. If you receive a duplicate warning, choose a new combination that includes both letters and numbersβlonger phrases are more secure and less likely to clash with other users.
What file formats are supported for tests?
Currently, only CSV (Comma Separated Values) files are supported. Make sure to follow the exact format shown in the detailed instructions above.
